tick, tick… Boom! [HD] (2021) in streaming su altadefinizione Jon è un aspirante compositore di teatro che nel 1990 lavora come cameriere a New York nella speranza che l'opera che sta scrivendo, Superbia, diventi il prossimo musical americano di successo, permettendogli di raggiungere la fama. Boom! narra la storia di Jon, un giovane compositore di teatro che fa il cameriere in un diner di New York nel 1990 mentre scrive quello che spera diventerà il prossimo musical americano di grande successo. Pochi giorni prima di dover presentare il suo lavoro in un'esibizione decisiva, Jon è sottoposto a pressioni da ogni direzione: dalla fidanzata Susan, che sogna una vita artistica al di fuori di New York e dall'amico Michael, che ha abbandonato il suo sogno a favore della sicurezza finanziaria. Il tutto nell'ambito di una comunità artistica piagata dall'epidemia di AIDS.
